Pan-African Youth Leadership Initiative (PAYLI)

The Pan-African Youth Leadership Initiative (PAYLI) is a youth-led, community-based organization dedicated to equipping young Africans with the technical skills and leadership abilities necessary for the social, economic, and political advancement of the African continent. Registered under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, State Department of Social Development, with certificate number 07606, PAYLI operates within the Mandera East sub-county of Mandera County, Kenya.

Through our comprehensive range of programs encompassing leadership development, digital literacy, career mentorship, and mental health initiatives, we are dedicated to nurturing a generation that will shape the future of Africa.
